• Privacy policy

  This policy explains what personal data Pilotify processes on the deskgrade.ai website and in the DeskGrade service, why, who helps us, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It is our notice under Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Terms of use

  These terms govern the use of the DeskGrade service and this website. DeskGrade is a service for businesses. If your company has signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement prevails over these terms.

• How DeskGrade uses AI

  DeskGrade is built around AI agents. This notice explains when you are dealing with an agent, how agent output is marked, what people stay in control of, and our role under the EU AI Act.

• Data processing agreement

  This agreement describes processing of personal data by Pilotify for a DeskGrade business customer. It uses the structure of the European Commission’s controller–processor clauses, Decision (EU) 2021/915, with DeskGrade-specific adaptations including update and emergency-replacement terms. It is not represented as an unchanged Commission standard-clause text or a Chapter V transfer mechanism. Once concluded, it forms part of the customer’s agreement, including the terms of use.

• Sub-processors

  These are the service providers that process personal data for DeskGrade on our instructions. We tell customers before we add or replace one, so they can object, as our data processing agreement sets out.
